Lending rates are based on type/age of collateral, loan term and credit history (M-O FCU utilizes Equifax Credit Report to obtain credit score). M-O FCU offers a .25% rate reduction (1% maximum) for each of the qualifying services listed below on applicable loans/terms*:
- Active Checking (minimum of 10 transactions per month)
- Active M-O FCU Visa Credit Card (minimum of 10 transactions per month)
- Automatic payment or payroll deduction
- Mortgage with M-O FCU
- Credit Life or Credit Disability (Debt Protection)
- Receive E*Statements
- Other M-O FCU accounts with $5,000 or greater balance
- First loan with M-O FCU
- Purchase Route 66 Warranty, may extend loan term up to 8 months, not to exceed 84 months
