National Night Out

The SD Central Chapter of Credit Unions, which M-O FCU is a member of, participated in National Night Out on Tuesday, August 6th. Staff members Gail Broer and Tiffanie Kouf volunteered during this popular community event.
They handed out financial literacy packets to youth which contained coloring and activity books, titled "A Trip to the Credit Union," crayons, and a Central Chapter brochure.
National Night Out is a national community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships. It enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community. The event also provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under a positive circumstance.
Participation in this event was made possible due to a grant provided by the Credit Union Foundation of the Dakotas.
